LifeServices EAP offers soft skill training courses and recorded webinars for all Rutherford County employees and their family members. Although not mandatory, these training topics provide knowledge and skills for work and home life. They are updated regularly with new content. Trainings and webinars will cover topics like problem solving, time management, communication, being an effective leader, personal development, among many others.
